Analytical Laboratory Testing Services
Teel Analytical Laboratories is an ISO 17025 certified testing facility focused on polymer testing services with expert skills and personal touch. We offer most basic testing services for plastics and can develop custom testing as well.  We are always expanding our analytical laboratory capabilities with a variety of instrumentation and test methods.  Whether you need a single test, a complex project, or a contract for ongoing analysis, Teel Analytical Laboratories is the ideal solution provider.

Teel Plastics extrudes high quality, close tolerance custom plastic tubing and profiles. We have an extensive portfolio of materials, which can also be blended or coextruded.  We have world class systems to ensure tight tolerances and exceptional quality.  Our products range from 0.025” to 9” O.D., and one to seven layers.  Teel Plastics is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified with class 100,000 clean room capabilities.

Custom Compounding
Teel Plastics has custom compounding capabilities and extensive experience in natural fiber composites and custom barrier layers.  We have worked with natural fibers in thermoplastic resin systems for over a decade and have made customer grades for extrusion, thermoforming, and injection molding.  We can also manufacture custom blends and have a full service lab to ensure product quality.

Injection Molding
Teel recently added injection molding capabilities to complement its extrusion business. We have chosen to partner with Arburg as our primary provider of injection molding technology. We currently have machines ranging from 110 to 350 ton. We use the latest in mold flow simulation during the development process and can assist in part design.

New Product Design
Teel’s team of experts is ready to work with you to design a part and process that is ready for implementation. We follow a well-developed stage gate process within our project management system. Teel uses both digital and real world tools and techniques to improve part design. We make sure parts are developed that work right the first time and our experience makes sure nothing is overlooked as we go through the design process.

New Product Development
Along the way, Teel Plastics has created engineering improvements and broken new ground in product development. We were the first to extrude paper-plastic composite materials and pioneered multi-layer fuel line tubing. We invented numerous in-line precision cutting techniques and custom built equipment to manufacture unique parts. Teel takes a collaborative approach to design work by viewing our relationships with customers as partnerships. We welcome customers to come to our facilities to work with us during the design phase. The results are faster problem solving and better communication by being open to customers to be onsite during the trial process. Teel has an entire department, including a director and engineers, who focus strictly on new product development.

Teel is excited to work in regulated markets.  We have the resources to excel where others are concerned with your requirements. We currently have ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certification for our manufacturing operations.  Our lab is ISO17025:2005 certified. We also have experience working with the following regulations and industry requirements.

Teel Plastics moved into its new 150,000 square feet manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters in 2007. The building is the first resident in the new Gateway Business Park. The site was designed with sustainability in mind. The much needed space accommodates our expanding extrusion and injection molding divisions. The environmentally conscious facility supports the principles of lean manufacturing. The manufacturing area will reach new standards in terms of maximizing efficiency and our ability to service customer's requirements. The new facility brings together two cultures, healthcare and industrial products, providing the opportunity to combine value streams. The facility is built around a hub and spokes concept. This puts operations and administration managers in direct contact with plant personnel at all times. Our new facility utilizes state-of-the-art technologies which reduce our impact on the environment and create a healthy work environment.
